Well if we
thought Castle Hill was good, Mount Stuart outdid it completely.
A 9k trip to
the top for spectacular views of Townsville and surrounds.
We definitely
enjoyed our time wandering around the loop trail to see the sights.
The masts
and towers are communications for telephone, television, police and others.
Mount Stuart
Very
energetic people cycle to the top and back down. There is also a mountain bike
trail running along the edge of the road in use as well.
After a
pleasant couple of hours we headed back down to the bottom.
