Narembeen and surrounds

Narembeen what a delightful town, there are some awesome sculptures set around town to check out, also "Dorcas clothing" which is the op shop OH BOY is there some stuff in there!! The community craft shop and Mens shed. This is just a small selection of what there is to check out.

The caravan park is awesome would recommend to any one, even the caretakers are awesome, an out of work musician because of Covid, who took on the care takers role only temporarily, yeah right. We did a drive out and around the sites,

Roe lookout which is at the top of a huge rock where it is possible to drive to the top, but not with caravans or trailers.

Crops, crops and more crops wheat, barley, canola, all looking really good. The poor silo people will be working over time.  The wild flowers are still out.

We followed the "Miners trail" that went from Fremantle to Coolgardie, there was a little humpy all decked out with  Rabbit traps, fire pit, old camp bed, old kerosine lamps, pots and pans, water tank, even guttering just on the side of the dirt summer time only road.

Heading out on the next leg of our trip we came to Hidden Hollow, another Big rock with the water shed table the vegetation was very divers and dense. It was a pleasant stroll around the base of the rock to the hidden hollow.
